These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and obligations between you (the "Client") and Dream-Else, a travel agency based in Switzerland. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1 All bookings must be made in writing or through our online platform.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and issuance of a confirmation from Dream-Else.

1.3 It is the Client's responsibility to check the accuracy of all booking details and report any discrepancies immediately.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 A non-refundable reservation fee of 100 Swiss Francs (CHF) per person. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. If hotel nights are booked uniquely, a reservation supplement fee of 50 CHF will be invoiced per hotel except for bookings of Dream-Else Rose accommodations. If hotel nights are booked with a travel arrangement, the reservation supplement fee is reduced to 25 CHF per hotel. If your reservation is made 45 days before departure, confirmations from hotels could be necessary. Administrative costs from telephone calls and telefax will be invoiced at a rate of a maximum of 25 CHF per booking.

2.2 The balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to departure. If you reserve your travel services less than 45 days to departure, the total amount of the invoice must be paid on the date of the reservation.

2.3 Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking, subject to cancellation charges (see Section 4).

2.4 We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our reservation office is in right to collect, in addition to the amounts of services, a contribution to the costs of advice and booking, as per the guidelines of the Swiss Federation of Travel (FSAV).

3. Pricing

3.1 Prices of services and travel arrangements are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Prices include only the items specified in your booking confirmation.

3.3 Dream-Else reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, fuel costs, taxes or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation by the Client must be submitted in writing at our registered address.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

In the event of cancellation, change to your trip, a sum of Fr. 100.- per person and up to a maximum of Fr. 200.- per booking, as an administrative fee will be required. To this amount may be added telephone and telefax costs. These applicable fees are not covered by insurance mandatory cancellation fees.

For the total sum of travel arrangements: If you cancel your travel arrangements, you will be required to pay cancellation charges. Initially this will be the deposit you paid to secure your travel arrangements, but after you have paid the balance of the price of your arrangements, these charges will increase up to 100% of the cost of them depending on the time before departure you cancel them in addition to the application fees stated above.

4.2 In the event of cancellation by Dream-Else, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative travel arrangement at an equivalent price.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Travel insurance is mandatory for all Clients.

5.2 It is the Client’s responsibility to purchase adequate travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, repatriation and personal belongings.

6. Liability

6.1 Dream-Else acts as an intermediary for transportation, accommodation and other services.

6.2 We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or delay caused by third-party service providers.

6.3 Our liability is limited to the cost of the services booked through Dream-Else.

7. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

7.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring that their travel documents, visas and vaccinations meet the requirements of the destination.

7.2 The Client making the booking must be at least 18 years of age. 

7.3 Dream-Else is not responsible for any denial of entry or travel due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Changes to Bookings

8.1 Any request to change a booking must be submitted in writing, is subject to availability and applicable fees as in 4.1. If you wish to make a change or a modification and you have already received your travel documents, these documents must be returned simultaneously at the reservation office address.

8.2 Significant changes made by Dream-Else will be communicated to the Client, who may accept the change or cancel the booking for a full refund.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Dream-Else is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Your personal data will be processed in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

10.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for purposes related to your travel arrangements.

11. Intellectual Property and Copyright

11.1 All content on our website, proposals, itineraries and other materials provided by Dream-Else, including text, images, logos and designs are the intellectual property of Dream-Else.

11.2 The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use such materials solely for personal and non-commercial purposes related to the services provided.

11.3 Copying, reproducing, distributing or modifying any content without prior written consent from Dream-Else is strictly prohibited.

11.4 Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

12.2 Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
