These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and obligations between you (the "Client") and Dream-Else, a travel agency based in Switzerland. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking and Confirmation

1.1 All bookings must be made in writing or through our online platform.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and issuance of a confirmation from Dream-Else.

1.3 It is the Client's responsibility to check the accuracy of all booking details and report any discrepancies immediately.

1.4 Dream-Else provides accommodation directly through its Dolce-Stays properties and arranges accommodation and travel services with third-party providers on behalf of Clients. Where services are provided by third parties, Dream-Else acts as an intermediary.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 A non-refundable advisory and reservation fee of €100 per booking applies.

2.2 Where Dream-Else arranges accommodation with third-party providers, a booking fee applies as follows:

• €50 booking fee applies per reservation where only hotel accommodation is arranged

• €25 booking fee applies per reservation where hotel accommodation is part of a broader travel arrangement

• No booking fee applies where the itinerary includes a stay at a Dolce-Stays accommodation

2.3 Where Dream-Else arranges services on behalf of the Client, full payment for all third-party services is required in advance. Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment has been received by Dream-Else.

2.4 Funds received for third-party services (excluding advisory fees) are used solely to secure bookings on behalf of the Client.

2.5 Bookings will only be processed once full payment has been received by Dream-Else.

3. Pricing

3.1 Prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Prices include only the services specified in the booking confirmation.

3.3 Dream-Else does not apply markups to third-party accommodation or services. Clients are charged the direct cost of such services in addition to applicable advisory and booking fees.

3.4 Accommodation provided directly by Dream-Else (including Dolce-Stays accommodation) is priced as a service provided by Dream-Else.

3.5 Additional fees apply depending on the length of stay, the type of travel plan selected, and the nature of the booking, including group and corporate arrangements. Full details are outlined on the Dream-Else Plans & Prices page and will be confirmed to the Client prior to booking.

3.6 Dream-Else reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, taxes or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

4.2 An administrative fee of €100 per person, up to a maximum of €200 per booking, applies in the event of cancellation or modification. Additional administrative costs may apply.

4.3 Third-party services are subject to the cancellation terms of the respective providers. Cancellation charges may therefore vary and may extend up to 100% of the booking value depending on timing.

4.4 Dream-Else will assist Clients in managing cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds where third-party providers apply non-refundable conditions.

4.5 In the event that a third-party provider cancels or modifies a service, Dream-Else will assist the Client in seeking a refund or arranging an alternative, in accordance with the terms of the respective provider.

4.6 Advisory and planning fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

4.7 In the event of cancellation by Dream-Else for services provided directly by Dream-Else, Clients will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all Clients.

5.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring that their insurance adequately covers cancellation, medical emergencies, repatriation and personal belongings.

6. Liability

6.1 Dream-Else provides certain services directly, including accommodation through its Dolce-Stays accommodation.

6.2 Dream-Else also arranges third-party accommodation, transport and travel services as an intermediary.

6.3 Dream-Else is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions or performance of third-party service providers. Dream-Else remains responsible for services it provides directly.

6.4 To the extent permitted by law, Dream-Else shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Passports, Visas and Health Requirements

7.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, visas and health requirements are met.

7.2 The Client making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

7.3 Dream-Else is not responsible for any denial of travel due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Changes to Bookings

8.1 Requests for changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and applicable fees.

8.2 Changes to third-party services are subject to the terms of the respective providers.

8.3 Significant changes made by Dream-Else will be communicated to the Client, who may accept the change or cancel for a refund where applicable.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Dream-Else is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or political unrest.

10. Data Protection

10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.

10.2 By using our services, Clients consent to the use of their data for the purpose of arranging travel services.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content, itineraries and materials provided by Dream-Else remain the intellectual property of Dream-Else.

11.2 Materials may be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11.3 Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.

12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
